Yeah, irritable bowel syndrome doesn’t really exist in my opinion.

It’s always a combination of the following:

Too much bad stuff being in the body (bad food, bad bugs, bad toxins)

Not enough good stuff being there (good food, good nutrients, good stomach acid and digestive enzymes, good bugs)

When you remove the bad and replace the good, the bowel all of a sudden isn’t irritated any more.

Important diet changes include avoiding key foods like gluten, cow’s milk and soy (my book has more info on this).

Finding the bad bugs involves running the right testing, either through a doctor or using a test like this:

      Warm regards,

“In spring 2010 I was suffering with low energy and low moods most days and an upset stomach after eating. I was craving foods with sugar and never felt satisfied. I was a bit sceptical at first when I ran my initial consultation with Dave and he mentioned that I probably had adrenal fatigue, gluten intolerance and digestive bugs because I had heard very little about this type of approach. But Dave was very clear and explained things in a way I could understand. We ran a saliva test for stress and hormone levels and a stool test that showed I wasn’t digesting food very well and that I had a parasite called Cryptosporidium in my intestines. I was put on a supplement program for a short time and was given a food guide to follow. Within weeks my symptoms had vastly improved and my cravings for sugar had gone!...
