      Yeah, irritable bowel syndrome doesn’t really exist in my opinion.

      It’s always a combination of the following:

      Too much bad stuff being in the body (bad food, bad bugs, bad toxins)

      Not enough good stuff being there (good food, good nutrients, good stomach acid and digestive enzymes, good bugs)

      When you remove the bad and replace the good, the bowel all of a sudden isn’t irritated any more.

      Important diet changes include avoiding key foods like gluten, cow’s milk and soy (my book has more info on this).

      Finding the bad bugs involves running the right testing, either through a doctor or using a test like this:

Having had medical treatment for my long term H pylori infection, I found my symptoms still remained & my doctor could not suggest anything else to help me. I purchased The H Pylori Diet book & have been Gluten free Milk free for a short time now & I feel much better! I then decided to take the full GI stool test with Dave’s consultation & found that I am severely intolerant to gluten, have low levels of good bacteria and am not able to digest fats and vegetable fibers properly. Thanks to the stool testing, we are NOW on the right track to a successful outcome!
