YOUR ORDER

Your test kit(s) will be dispatched to the shipping address you provided within 24 working hours.
Should you wish to change the delivery address, please email h.pylori@hompesmethod.com as soon as possible.

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of your test kit(s). If you have not received your test kit(s) after this time, please email us so that we can investigate.

RECEIVING YOUR RESULTS

Once you have collected your sample(s) return the test kit(s) as instructed. Please note that return postage is NOT included in the fee.

It will take the Lab about 10 working days to process your test(s) (although this is subject to change due to volumes).

Results will then be emailed to us (this can take a day or two due to time zone differences) and will be forwarded to you within 24 hours by email.
