Welcome to Week 1 of the H. pylori Home Recovery & Digestive Reset Plan!

This is the first “proper” lesson of the programme, and it is divided into three parts for your convenience.

  • In lesson 1a, we will cover the importance of a healthy morning routine.
  • In lesson 1b, we will look at how to optimise your breakfasts
  • In lesson 1c we’ll cover the importance of snacking and maintaining healthy blood sugar levels.

With each lesson you will find an Executive Summary Document, which summarises the aims of each video presentation, and an Action Guide, which provide simple practical recommendations.

You will also find some additional Handouts with simple tips, recipe and snack ideas and anything else I think will be helpful for you.
