The food you eat is like the fuel you put in your car.
The right fuel increases energy, and the wrong food decreases energy.
Since every function (including digestion) in your body depends on energy, it is enormously important to get it right 🙂

Remember, there is no medical pill to increase energy levels – it can only be done through optimising your diet & lifestyle.
