Why We Eat Food – Part 2

In the last video, we looked at how food literally becomes the cells and tissues in your body.

This video reveals another key reason we eat food, namely to make energy.

The food you eat is like the fuel you put in your car.

The right fuel increases energy, and the wrong food decreases energy.

Since every function (including digestion) in your body depends on energy, it is enormously important to get it right 🙂

If you don’t get it right, then healing your digestive system, energy, mood, skin, and everything else will be an uphill struggle.

There are no medications for improving energy!
