You get unwell because you have “bad genes”, right?

No! Wrong!

Since scientists decoded the human genome in the early 2000s, we’ve learned that health and disease are not based on genes alone.

Environmental factors interact with our genes and dictate how our unique genetic code expresses itself (“epigenetics”).

Foods, nutrients, infections like H. pylori and Candida, along with toxins, can all cause certain genes to switch on and off.

This means we’re in control of our health destiny through the choices we make.

By changing your diet, removing bad bugs, detoxifying and replenishing missing nutrients, you can switch off “illness” genes and switch on “wellness” genes.
