The Good Stuff vs. Bad Stuff Seesaw

Here’s a video I did to explain the main reasons why people descend the Vitality Scale and develop clusters or groups of symptoms in the Seven Areas of Health.

It’s a really simple concept:

You descend the Vitality Scale because, as a result of lifestyle, you end up with too much “bad stuff” in your body and not enough “good stuff.”

Anyway, watch the video and read the notes below – it’s really straightforward to get well once you understand this seesaw concept…

How do you rebalance YOUR seesaw?

It’s my experience that if you re-balance the seesaw, you climb the Vitality Scale and, in the process, alleviate symptoms in the Seven Areas of Health.

By rebalancing the seesaw, I have also seen many so-called “incurable diseases” just disappear:

  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Inflammatory bowel disease
  • High cholesterol and high blood pressure
  • Psoriasis
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Depression

The medical system tells you these diseases are incurable, but they are not.

You simply have to do some investigation into what is causing them and address the root cause.

In most cases, you can do this from the comfort of your own home – it really is that simple.

Three Simple Action Steps

The FIRST step is to address your nutrition, diet, eating habits, sleep – the fundamentals that all humans need to master.

The SECOND step is to run appropriate at home lab testing to uncover what hidden bad stuff is in your body. Testing your digestive system is a great place to start using a home stool test.

The THIRD step is to use a personalised, targeted regimen of supplements and other therapies to address the specific findings of your lab results.

My recommendation

1.   The first step is to become  part of our H-pylori and Digestive Rest Plan community:

  • Let me teach you, step-by-step, how to adjust your diet and lifestyle to optimise not only your digestion, but also your energy, mood and other areas.
  • Get weekly support calls and ask fellow members for help and assistance.
  • Access the very same supplement protocols I recommend to my private clients.

2.  To fast-track the process, find a reputable clinician – a functional medicine doctor or well-trained nutritionist/naturopath to help you run lab testing. Of course, you can book a consultation, or get an exclusive at home digestive health evaluation with my team and I:

  • This state of the art, home assessment uses cutting edge technology that’s simple to use to enable you to find out exactly what is going on in your digestive system so that you can quickly take specific action steps to feel well again.
