I can’t believe we’re on week 3 already! I hope you have begun implementing the recommendations from weeks 1 and 2.

If you feel a little overwhelmed, pleeeease don’t worry!

This is normal and natural when you’re learning new information. Just take your time and make the changes at your own pace.

There is no rush: it’s long term results we’re looking for.
